Digital Marketing & Communications Intern

We are seeking a motivated and creative Digital Marketing & Communications Intern to join our multidisciplinary team. Reporting to the Digital Media & Engagement Coordinator and CEO, the Digital Marketing & Communications Intern will have the opportunity to develop/contribute to comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote Springboard courses, programs, and services as well as build content/create assets for our website, courses, and promotional materials. The incumbent will also contribute towards generating both a social media campaign and SEO strategy. Other duties will include market research, participating in service design projects, and a competitor analysis.

Duties & Responsibilities
The Digital Marketing & Communications Intern will:
➔ Participate in consumer/need-finding research and service design projects
➔ Develop and implement a segmentation strategy within our database
➔ Conduct market research on a variety of topics
➔ Build brand equity by generating promotional and marketing materials and ensure all SBC digital assets and messaging are aligned
➔ Plan and generate content for social media channels and work with SBC Founder to create new Ruzuku (or other) online courses
➔ Assist in developing Search Engine Optimization strategy (learning and applying SEO to content) 
➔ Devise a social media/email campaigns to promote the clinic’s courses and services
➔ Participate in the metrics/data task force to ensure continuous improvement by capturing and analyzing the appropriate data/metrics, insights and best practices
➔ Monitoring the website and social media channels’ performance and generate metrics reports
➔ Identify best practices and make suggestions to improve our practices and strategy 
➔ Keep up to date with grant programs that promote digital content creation or transformation projects

Knowledge & Skills
As a successful Intern, you will need to be an excellent English-language writer. Please submit a short writing sample on a topic of your choice (preferably mental health related).

As a member of the Springboard Clinic team, you should have excellent interpersonal, time management and organizational skills. You should also be comfortable multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment. Successful interns will ideally have some or all of the following knowledge and skills:
➔ Experience with web content management systems/social media management  systems (Hootsuite, Canva, Mailchimp) to create, edit, and optimize web marketing and product content
➔ Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or other digital and design programs to create collateral/social media graphics.
➔ Demonstrates excellent interpersonal, time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
➔ Be a team player with exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced work environment
➔ Experience with developing email marketing newsletters using Mailchimp or similar platform
➔ Showcase a strong understanding of audience engagement in a digital environment
➔ Knowledgeable with the ins and outs of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter), including how to grow user base through tagging, interacting with prospective customers
➔ Have knowledge of or interest in gaining an understanding of analytics, including Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager and other platforms

Education Required
Bachelors degree or postgraduate diploma in a field relevant to the internship. Preference will be given to degree or diploma programs in the following areas: Marketing, Digital Marketing, Media & Communications, Creative Advertising, Business-Marketing, or Marketing Management.

This role has the potential to grow into a full-time and/or permanent position.

Duties & Responsibilities:
➔ Provide ADHD coaching and therapy services to children, adolescents, adults and their families.
➔ Work under the supervision of a psychologist, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and community agencies/professionals.
➔ Adhere to PHIPA guidelines and maintain client confidentiality.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications:
➔ Graduate degree in social work/psychology/education/mental health field is required.

Adult Psychiatrists

We are seeking two part-time, collaborative and patient-centred Adult Psychiatrists to join our growing team at Springboard Clinic to assess and help support our adult patient population.

We are dedicated to Physician Happiness:
➔ Receive a competitive hourly rate with no overhead (still get compensated if patient cancels)
➔ Work 1-3 days/week with a multidisciplinary team for assessment and report writing (no take home work)
➔ We take care of submitting OHIP billings, managing calendars, booking clients, and other admin tasks so you don’t have to

Your Qualifications (What You Have):
➔ Medical Degree, FRCPC, with specific training in mental health/ psychiatry
