Our Approach

The Springboard Approach

You can’t switch off ADHD. It’s part of who you are — but only one part. We’re interested in exploring the rest. Instead of focusing on what you’re not able to do, we help you discover your hidden strengths and steadily develop your untapped potential. It’s a unique approach we call Discover your SELF.

Our Personalized Services

Springboard’s various services are anchored by a core commitment: we’re here to help clients discover their hidden strengths and live more rewarding lives. We take a holistic approach, guiding ADHD assessments with medical diagnoses as needed, and complementing personal coaching with more in-depth therapy when we feel it will yield even better outcomes.

Our Team & Culture

A skilled team and a welcoming culture

When we opened our doors in 2009, Springboard Clinic consisted of three women: Dr Ainslie Gray; her daughter and co-founder, Laura MacNiven; and a business manager. Today we’re a diverse, multitalented and growing team of coach-therapists, psychologists, physicians and administrators — and the vision and passion that shaped Springboard remain as strong as ever.

What are Springboard’s Straight to Coaching Services?

A fenced road in the red rocky park with the rainbow in the sky

At Springboard, there is nothing we like better than walking alongside our clients in their ADHD journeys.

Our crew is honoured to cultivate a longstanding relationship with you and your people. Together, we can brainstorm, be a friendly nudge of inspiration, hold the space with you when life is feeling heavy, and find ways to celebrate along the way too.

As life does its “rollercoaster” thing, we are pleased to offer our Straight to Coaching services so you can pop in and out of coaching, as you move through the many transitions of life. If you or a family member knows they have ADHD, and are keen to work with our support team, these services are easy and quick to access and are customized to fit your individual needs

It can be hard to find a coach who also has knowledge of general mental health issues or a psychotherapist who really knows ADHD – our team is perfectly equipped to handle both of these needs. We also have a robust set of skills, so you can work with different teammates over the years. We often hear from our clients how powerful it is to spend time with a variety of coaches over time!

Our clinicians have access to the Springboard knowledge that has accumulated over the last thirteen years serving this community and can help you better understand yourself, your strengths, your symptoms of ADHD, and work with you to feel more in control of your life.

Every client we meet may have ADHD, but their stories and needs are different, which makes our work with each client fascinating and individual.

Visit our coaching and therapy, pricing and insurance and planning for you appointment pages to learn more about these services, including requirements, cost, and what to expect in your initial appointment.
