Preparing for your Assessment
To begin, we’ll need a referral from a physician. We’ll also ask you (and someone who knows you well) to complete some questionnaires to get to know you better, including where and how your symptoms are impacting you.

Booking your Assessment
After completing the required questionnaires, you’ll be invited to book your One Day ADHD Assessment. Your Springboard Assessment team will review these documents in advance of your visit.

Same Day Feedback with Treatment Plan
Your Springboard One Day Assessment team includes an expert psychiatrist or pediatrician, and a clinical psychologist or psychological associate specializing in ADHD and other mental health concerns. Over the day, you will meet with each of them to explore your experience with attention issues, asking for examples from your everyday life, past and present to plan the right course of action together.
After these sessions, you’ll get a break while our team compares findings, shares perspectives to reach a consensus-driven diagnosis and collaborates on a thorough report to guide you on your journey forward.
Your feedback session is scheduled on the same day with both experts on your team. You’ll have the opportunity to review your personal assessment report, including diagnosis if appropriate, and discuss recommended treatment options, such as coaching, therapy and/or medical invention. Your report will be immediately accessible on the same day as your appointment.
