Administrative Assistant
Full-time & Part-time | Toronto
Working alongside our administrative team and under the supervision of the Care Team Leader, the administrative assistant provides a wide variety of clerical duties within a dynamic team environment. An ideal candidate is ready to roll up their sleeves, work hard and help to bring forward ideas of innovation within the Care Team. You will be responsible for providing compassionate and enthusiastic patient care while performing various tasks such as: managing incoming phone calls and emails, scheduling, billing, creating insurance receipts, managing wait lists, and other general administrative tasks. Working as a liaison between clients and other team members (coaches, doctors, psychologists, etc.), you ensure processes and services run smoothly and meet the standards of quality care, in a timely manner.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of emails and phone calls from current/potential clients and stakeholders
- Redirect calls and messages to appropriate staff members: internal messaging and/or follow up with clients/staff
- Coordinate appointment bookings across multiple clinician calendars
- Assessment coordination: sending questionnaires, confirmation emails, appointment follow up
- Work closely with the Intake team to manage new client inquiries, including scheduling calls and sending informational emails
- Process payments and create insurance receipts: deposits, assessment fees, missed appointments, coaching/psychotherapy sessions
- Follow up with clients about a variety of topics, including outstanding invoices, pending referrals, incomplete documentation
- With consent, communicate with external stakeholders surrounding sensitive and confidential client information
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry pertaining to client account and billing information
- In-person responsibilities when working on site (e.g., greeting clients, cleaning work spaces as per COVID-19 safety policies, etc.)
Required Skills:
- Minimum undergraduate degree and/or certificate in administration (psychology/health administrative fields preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of administrative experience; previous experience working in a health care environment is strongly preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Well-developed interpersonal communication skills – polite, patient, and respectful communication
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Forward thinking/Good problem-solving skills
- Experience multitasking in a high-paced environment
- Passion for customer service and care
- Great consideration for company policies and procedures
- Conscientious and detail-oriented
- Value confidentiality and privacy when dealing with patients and patient information
- Can work efficiently independently as well as collaboratively with a team, including ability to work remotely
- Proficient in MS Office and capable of learning new technology platforms in a time-sensitive manner
- Knowledge of Telus PS Suite EMR, Xero, and/or BenjiPays is an asset

Psychologist / Psychological Associate

As a Springboard Psychologist/Psychological Associate, you will work with all ages and play an integral role within our multidisciplinary team. You are responsible for providing coaching, psychotherapy, assessments, supervision and consultation services to a wide variety of patients. Required Education, Skills and Qualifications:
- Must be registered and in good standing with the College of Psychologists of Ontario (CPO) as an independent practitioner (Psychologist or Psychological Associate)
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience working in a similar position, including supervisory experience
- Clinical experience with a wide age range of clients (children, adolescents, and adults) with various mental health presentations; family or couples therapy competencies an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, attention to detail, well developed problem-solving abilities, and strong organizational skills
- Strong writing skills and comfortable with technology
- Excellent client retention and rapport
- A progressive attitude towards the field of mental health services as it is evolving

Psychotherapist
Full-time | Toronto
As a Springboard Psychotherapist, you will work under the supervision of a clinical psychologist and within a multidisciplinary team. Your work responsibilities will include collaborating with clients in designing treatment plans that target ADHD symptom management strategies that work for them, increasing awareness of their strengths and values as well as supporting their individual mental health needs. Our clinicians utilize a variety of treatment intervention modalities to empower clients of all ages, while keeping in mind the day-to-day presence of ADHD symptoms. You possess a positive mindset and are excited to join a team that is expanding.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide psychotherapy services to adults and parents based on client case conceptualization and needs. Competency in working with adolescents, couples or families is an asset. Most clients have confirmed diagnoses of ADHD and many have co-morbid presentations including mood, anxiety, trauma, attachment needs, etc.
- Develop treatment goals and plans in collaboration with clients, as discussed with the clinical supervisor.
- Carry a caseload of 20 client hours per week on average, including scheduling future sessions with clients once clients have been placed on the calendar.
- Work under the supervision of a psychologist and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
- Participate in clinical consultation with peers and group supervision.
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications:
- Masters degree in psychology, psychotherapy, social work, counselling, or related mental health field is required.
- A successful candidate is a member of a regulatory body identified as able to deliver psychotherapy services in Ontario (e.g. College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario, Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers or College of Nurses of Ontario).
- 3-5 years of clinical/treatment experience working with individuals with a wide range of clinical presentations. Experience working with ADHD clients is an asset.
- A positive, non-judgemental and progressive workplace attitude is essential.
