An ADHD Online Course that Adapts to You – And the Story Behind Why I Created It

I started coaching clients in 2009, when I co-founded Springboard Clinic. Since then, I’ve worked with hundreds of adults who are working to understand their thinking, shift unhelpful patterns, and figure out where they want to go to next. Over the years, my focus has narrowed and deepened — and if I’m an expert in anything, it’s ADHD (and maybe making strong coffee).

In 2021, Dr. Anne Bailey and I wrote May We Have Your Attention Please? as a workbook for adults exploring ADHD. We didn’t want another clinical manual; we wanted something real and practical — a tool to help people understand themselves and build lives that actually work for them.

Through this work, I’ve seen that living with ADHD is a long game. It’s not something you “fix” or “beat” once and for all. It’s an ongoing process of learning, unlearning, and learning again. It often involves radical acceptance — and sometimes trudging through the swamp of shame that comes from years (or decades) of feeling like “too much” or “not enough.”

This isn’t easy work. But it’s deeply worthwhile. And I believe it can be done with compassion, curiosity, and sometimes even a bit of humor.

Why this Course?

I believe that when we’re in transition — whether it’s around ADHD, burnout, big life changes, or just a quiet knowing that something needs to shift — finding new language for ourselves is essential.

That’s why I created Living & Thriving with Adult ADHD, a self-paced course designed to help you step back, gain perspective on your life, and get clear on what actually works for you.

You don’t need an ADHD diagnosis to join. You just need curiosity and a willingness to look at your life with fresh eyes.

What's Included in the Course?

The course is completely self-paced and 100% online, so you can move through it in a way that works for your energy and schedule – from anywhere in the world. It also includes three virtual individual coaching sessions with me, where we’ll dig into your unique patterns, challenges, and longings.

The cost is $799 CAD. The value of the three sessions alone is almost equal to this price, which means that the course content is an added toolkit you can use again and again.
