Frequently Asked Questions about Adult ADHD Groups

This group is for adults of all ages managing ADHD or executive function challenges, whether you’re just starting to explore ADHD or it’s something you’ve been living with for years.

No. Many participants are still figuring things out – you don’t need a formal diagnosis to benefit from this group.

You’ll learn practical strategies to manage focus, organization and emotional regulation while connecting with others who understand your experience.

This is a structured support group led by a trained professional. While therapeutic, it’s not individual therapy and doesn’t replace mental health treatment.

Each group runs with a minimum of 5 participants. We keep group sizes small enough to stay personal and supportive, but there’s no strict maximum.

That’s okay. You’re welcomes to listen, reflect, and participate in whatever way feels right for you.

We know life can get busy. While we can’t offer make-up sessions, we’ll provide a short recap or resources to help you stay on track.

Our adult ADHD group coaching is currently offered in-person at our Toronto location, with plans to launch an in-person group in Oakville soon.
