Not at all! Whether you’re just starting to explore ADHD or have been managing it for years, you’re welcome in our online courses and groups.

We offer in-person groups for adults and parents focused on ADHD and executive function challenges, as well as flexible online courses you can take at your own pace from anywhere in the world.
