Yumna Ikram

ADHD Coach / Social Worker, Psychotherapist
MSW, RSW
Yumna Ikram has a diverse background supporting adults and older youth in trauma recovery and post-secondary transition. At Springboard, she creates a warm and welcoming space for clients to share their experiences with ADHD. In her practice, Yumna strives to honour each person’s unique perspective by adopting a holistic and culturally sensitive approach, acknowledging internal and external factors that shape their lived experiences. As a coach, she embraces a collaborative and strengths-based philosophy, empowering clients to recognize their strengths, identify their goals, build upon existing strategies, and explore new possibilities: “I believe that everyone has a unique lens through which they perceive and interact with the world, shaped by their personal experiences and intersecting identities. My goal is to celebrate the individuality of each client and recognize their unique strengths, seeing them for who they are beyond their challenges.” Outside of her work, Yumna enjoys reading a good fantasy or romance novel.
