Stephanie Onoferychuk is a registered psychotherapist who supports adolescents and adults navigating ADHD, gender transitions, trauma, and anxiety. To meet the unique needs of each client, she draws from a range of therapeutic modalities including trauma-informed, strengths-based, behavioural, solution-focused, mindfulness, and narrative therapies. Guided by empathy and a commitment to social justice, Stephanie is passionate about creating safer, more inclusive spaces for individuals from all backgrounds. She is inspired by the resilience of those she works with and is dedicated to helping clients feel seen, valued, and empowered in their healing journeys.
