BSc, MEd (candidate)
Sarah Lewin is a practicum student completing her Master of Education in Counselling Psychology at the University of Toronto. She offers supervised therapy and coaching services to adolescents and adults struggling with their ADHD and other related concerns such as anxiety, stress, self-esteem, relationship issues, and more. Sarah provides a client-centered, compassionate, and non-judgmental approach to therapy that tailors treatment to each person’s needs. She prioritizes connecting meaningfully with her clients, addressing the root causes of their concerns, and working together to make lasting changes. Sarah believes in the importance of re-discovering your true self, recognizing your strengths, and finding what you are passionate about in order to feel empowered in your unique journey. Sarah also works with accessibility services at the University of Toronto to provide accommodations and support for neurodivergent students, and in her free time she loves listening to musical theatre, cuddling with her dog, and playing trivia.
