Renu Kohli brings over 25 years of experience in education, including her role as a secondary school principal with a specialization in Special Education. Throughout her career, Renu has supported children, teens, and parents in navigating learning, emotional, and behavioural challenges, while fostering inclusive environments for growth and success. At Springboard, Renu combines psychotherapy, ADHD coaching, and art therapy to support clients in building executive functioning skills, managing anxiety, improving emotional regulation, and strengthening family connections. She works with children, adolescents, and parents, tailoring her approach to meet each client where they are while providing practical strategies that fit both school and home life.
