Merav Gilboa is a Registered Psychotherapist and Art Therapist with over 20 years of experience. She is registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and the Ontario Art Therapy Association (OATA). Her career spans medical, educational, and community settings, where she has worked with a wide range of ages and populations including developmental, neurological, and mental health conditions. Merav brings a warm, person-centered approach to her work, helping clients of all ages navigate ADHD, emotional regulation, anxiety, and life transitions. Since 2021, she has been part of the team at Springboard Clinic, where she offers individual psychotherapy, art therapy, and ADHD-focused coaching for children, adolescents, and adults, as well as support for parents and partners. She draws on a wide range of evidence-based interventions, blending talk therapy, creative expression, and coaching in a safe, supportive space where clients are invited to be curious, explore their stories, build self-awareness, and uncover their strengths and resiliency. “As a therapist, I value the importance of human connection, the strength found in community, and the meaningful process of walking alongside clients in their life journey. I view therapy as a collaborative and respectful space providing clients support in exploring their experiences and identifying the strengths, creativity, and self-compassion that can foster healing and growth. My approach emphasizes meeting clients where they are and working together to deepen insight, strengthen connections, and create more fulfilling ways of living”.
