Liz Goldstein is a social worker who brings many years of clinical experience to her role at Springboard. She works with adults, couples and families; providing a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space for her clients. Her clinical work integrates a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and mindfulness practice. She uses a holistic approach in order to understand the needs of her clients. As an ADHD coach and psychotherapist, Liz collaborates with her clients, helping them to develop practical and meaningful strategies in order to create change. She is a strong believer in the therapeutic process, and in the importance of connection and community. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, walking her dog, and working out.
