Kim Abramowitz takes a holistic, client-centered approach as she provides psychotherapy, art therapy and ADHD coaching to children, adolescents and adults. She has a wealth of experience working in multidisciplinary teams to deliver individual and group counselling with a focus on executive functions, emotional regulation, anxiety, mood, self-esteem, social skills, coping with family changes and parenting support. Kim develops meaningful therapeutic relationships, encourages self-expression and creativity, facilitates clients along their journey toward self-awareness, and provides helpful strategies. Kim believes that clients are experts on themselves and works collaboratively with them to make meaningful changes and to improve their quality of life. Outside of work, Kim enjoys engaging in her own creative outlets including painting, photography, and reading.
