Kelsey Hyodo supports Springboard’s strategy and growth through a human resources lens, with a passion to create a culture that is welcoming and supportive. Responsible for the onboarding of new team members, performance reviews, payroll processes, and policy maintenance and adherence, amongst a variety of other HR functions, Kelsey is ready to lend a helping hand wherever needed. With a personal goal of finding a positive balance between work and life, outside of the office Kelsey can be found cycling, snowboarding, or simply reading a good book!
