Dr. Gillian Rowe specializes in cognition and aging across the lifespan, with a particular focus on how attention, memory, and processing changes—whether related to aging, ADHD, or other factors—can affect everyday functioning. She provides evidence-based assessments for adults and older adults, helping clients better understand their cognitive strengths and challenges. In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Rowe is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Psychology at the University of Toronto, where she teaches and mentors emerging psychologists. Her research has explored how factors such as interference, circadian rhythms, and age-related changes in vision impact memory and independence. Originally from England, Dr. Rowe has made Canada her home. She brings warmth, curiosity, and a thoughtful, research-informed approach to her work with clients seeking greater insight into their cognitive health.
