Douglas Jew (he/him) works with individuals of all ages—from school-aged children to adults—who are navigating ADHD, addiction, and other mental health challenges. He also offers coaching for couples and families looking to strengthen their relationships and foster meaningful change. With over a decade of clinical experience, Douglas takes a systems-based, client-centred approach to therapy. He blends evidence-informed modalities including behavioural, narrative, strengths-based, and solution-focused therapies to support clients in exploring their stories and identifying unique paths forward. Douglas believes that lasting growth happens in the context of relationship—both with others and with oneself. As he describes it:
“As a coach, I act as a catalyst in an individual’s journey. I strive to guide my clients towards growth and provide them with the tools they need to pursue the life they want.”
