Claire (she/her) oversees the development, implementation and continuous improvements of day-to-day operations, infrastructure, and services at Springboard. She directs the administrative and intake care teams to support client needs and works closely with Leadership to define organizational objectives. She also manages key aspects of quality improvement and implementation efforts, including oversight of the clinic’s performance monitoring and evaluation framework, and acting as the clinic’s designated Personal Health Information (PHI) Officer. Through her work, Claire creates a positive and inclusive environment for clients and staff alike.
