Aviva (she/her) is an accomplished CEO with extensive experience in strategic leadership, operational finance, and business growth. Since joining Springboard Clinic, she has been instrumental in driving the company’s vision and ensuring its long-term success. Under Aviva’s leadership, Springboard Clinic has successfully expanded into new markets, enhancing its footprint and increasing access to services for the ADHD community. Prior to Springboard, Aviva led the Culture, Arts & Innovation department at Baycrest Health Sciences. With an MBA from the Rotman School of Management and an MA from New York University, Aviva has focused her career on building healthy business models that have clear social impact. Aviva is dedicated to fostering a culture of excellence, curiosity and continuous improvement, positioning Springboard Clinic as a leader in mental health services.
