As an intake support specialist, Adam is the first voice our clients hear when they get a call to discuss the assessment and treatment options Springboard has to offer. By bringing his own experiences with ADHD both as an individual and as a parent, Adam has made it his mission to make sure each client (be it an individual or a parent) has a safe space to tell their story candidly, feel heard, understood, and most of all, that there is hope and healing. Adam pivoted from a 20 year career in sales, and technical recruitment to help people with their mental health journey and to help normalize neurodivergence.
