We invite all clients, visitors and staff to engage with each other in ways that: 

  • Are considerate, professional and kind 
  • Avoid harassment, discrimination or hate speech of any kind, including actions or words that Springboard Clinic considers to be derogatory, including on the basis of race, ancestry, place of origin, colour, ethnic origin, citizenship, creed, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, age, marital status, family status or disability . 
  • Respect personal boundaries and the privacy of others 
  • Do not disrupt the care being received by other clients of Springboard Clinic 

Our Zero-Tolerance Stance

Springboard Clinic does not tolerate harassment, discrimination, or hate speech in any form – whether in person, over the phone, in writing, or online. 

If Behaviour Crosses the Line

If someone engages in behaviour that violates these standards, we may: 

  • Pause or end the current appointment 
  • Limit or discontinue services 
  • Discharge a patient and terminate care 
  • Ask individuals to leave the clinic 
  • Involve security or the police if we have concerns that staff or client safety is at risk
