She is a co-author on Springboard Clinic’s adult ADHD workbook called “May we have your attention please?” and is passionate about designing mental health services that are both ADHD-friendly and effective: “I believe in human resiliency. We’re all shaped by genetics, but also by our experiences. I encourage people to acknowledge, analyze, learn from or heal from those experiences to live a more authentic, rewarding and intentional life.”
