Lois Kuriakose

With a postgraduate degree in developmental cognitive neuroscience, Lois Kuriakose (she/her) has deep experience working with children and young adults diagnosed with ADHD, dyslexia and autism. Passionate about helping people reach their goals, Lois takes a strengths-based approach in encouraging clients to recognize their capacity for growth: “Every individual and brain is unique. By accepting ADHD-neurodiversity as a superpower rather than a diagnosis, clients can embrace their strengths to overcome challenges and realize their full potential.”

“My favourite tip for staying focused and grounded is to make a ‘Master list’ of all the tasks that need to be completed. Then transfer one or two tasks from the Master list onto a smaller sticky note and start working on those. If you’re feeling stressed, slow down your breathing by taking ten slow, deep breaths – then initiate the first task.”
