Tasha is a Registered Social Worker with over 15 years of experience in the mental health field. As a neurodivergent Coach/Psychotherapist—and a parent to neurodivergent children—Tasha brings both professional expertise and lived experience to her work. Her neuro-affirming approach honours both the strengths and challenges that come with ADHD, providing support that is validating, compassionate, and empowering. Tasha’s experience as a School Social Worker gives her valuable insight into the academic challenges faced by individuals with ADHD. She brings a wealth of tools and strategies to help navigate school environments and build systems that support long-term success. Her practice is grounded in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), solution-focused, and dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT) to foster meaningful, lasting change.
