Why your Growth is your Business’s Growth

Key Takeaways from Laura MacNiven

My Entrepreneurial Journey

Entrepreneurship is one of the most alive experiences I know.
It’s energizing, rewarding, and full of possibility. It’s also, in equal parts, incredibly demanding and all-encompassing.

I co-founded Springboard Clinic in 2009 and have been on the entrepreneurial roller coaster ever since. While I’ve always been deeply connected to the why of our mission, I’ve also struggled – like many female founders – with the pressure and weight of trying to do it all.

The Power of Stepping Back

Sixteen years in, I’ve learned:

  •  How vital it is to step back (in small and big ways);
  • That stepping back allows you to realign with yourself; and
  • This realignment gives your business permission to evolve independently.

Carving out space to explore who you are today — versus who you were when you started your journey — can help you:

  • Reignite your “spark”
  • Let go of what no longer lights you up

Many women entrepreneurs, including those managing ADHD and other neurodiverse experiences, find that creating dedicated space for reflection supports not only business growth but also personal well-being and focus.

The Value of Connection

Over the past two years, I’ve had the privilege of joining two retreats for women entrepreneurs led by Randelle Lusk of Rare Method™. From the moment I arrived, there was a powerful sense of ease and connection. We didn’t need to explain why we cared so deeply — or how much we were juggling. We simply got each other.

 That space reminded me of something crucial: The value of being part of a collective of women with shared values and diverse expertise.

An Invitation to Evolve

Now, I’m thrilled to be collaborating with Randelle to offer a three-month online coaching experience for women entrepreneurs (October 2025 – January 2026, with a December reflection break). Learn more and register here

This experience is for those of you who are:

  • In motion — leading, building, evolving;
  • Craving meaningful reflection and deeper reconnection.

Why Reflection Matters

You don’t have to slow down your business to check in with yourself.

In fact:

Creating space to reflect might be the very thing that sustains your — and your business’s — next stage of growth.

What if your own evolution gives those around you permission to do the same?

What if your business is meant to evolve with you?

Ready to Take the Next Steps?

If you’re craving that intentional space to reflect, realign and reconnect – consider joining us for the upcoming three-month online coaching experience for women entrepreneurs. Find out more and save your spot here.

It’s an opportunity to step back without stepping away, and to discover what your next chapter could look like.
