Yasamin Zia Saidi is a social worker who earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Toronto, specializing in children and families. She has extensive experience supporting children, youth, and parents through her work in schools, a pediatric hospital, and private practice.
Yasamin is especially passionate about working with individuals with ADHD, and as someone who also has ADHD, she deeply understands the day-to-day challenges that can come with attention, organization, emotional regulation, and self-esteem. She also strongly believes in recognizing the strengths, creativity, and resilience that often come with an ADHD brain.
Yasamin supports clients navigating ADHD, anxiety, emotion regulation, and life transitions using a gentle, playful, and strengths-based approach. Her work draws from CBT, solution-focused therapy, and play- and art-based interventions to help clients build practical tools and confidence. Outside of work, Yasamin loves everything coffee-related and enjoys spending time with her dog.
