Molly (she/her) manages the training and day-to-day performance of the administrative care team, ensuring all of our work is in accordance with Springboard’s established policies and procedures. Molly is also happy to assist with any questions pertaining to billing and is the point of contact for any complex client inquiries. Working alongside the clinical team, Molly helps plan calendars and optimize clinical hours, balancing clients’ needs with the capabilities of the Springboard team.
