Coach/Therapist, FT

Job Type: Full-time (32 hours per week)
Location: 1055 Yonge Street, Suite 306, Toronto ON (remote from home during the pandemic)

Springboard Clinic is a compassionate and caring mental health clinic in downtown Toronto that provides medical, psychological, and educational support to individuals with learning and attention issues.

We are seeking an experienced treatment-focused clinician (i.e. counsellor, psychotherapist, social worker, occupational therapist) to join our multidisciplinary team. We are a close-knit group of clinicians that share a strengths-based philosophy of care, and work together to empower our clients of all ages. This clinician will have a client-centered mindset and will work to support clients of all ages within a multidisciplinary team.

Duties & Responsibilities:
➔ Provide ADHD coaching and therapy services to children, adolescents, adults and their families.
➔ Work under the supervision of a psychologist, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and community agencies/professionals.
➔ Adhere to PHIPA guidelines and maintain client confidentiality.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications:
➔ Graduate degree in social work/psychology/education/mental health field is required.
➔ 3-5 years of clinical/treatment experience.
➔ Experience working with individuals of all ages is an asset.
➔ Committed to a strengths-based, solution-focused treatment style.
➔ Strong interpersonal and writing skills.
➔ Conscientious and detail-oriented.
➔ Passion for and experience working with multidisciplinary health teams.

Note: An ideal candidate for this role is passionate about providing coaching/therapy services for individuals of all ages and has a broad range of previous experience providing services in a clinical setting.
