Join the Growing Springboard Team
So what’s it like to work here? What makes Springboard unique?
For starters, all of us, whether professional practitioners or administrative staff, share one thing in common: we care deeply about supporting people with ADHD so they can lead more fulfilling lives. Of course, we value knowledge, skills and experience. But not as much as heart.
For us, this is personal.
Clients come to Springboard, and recommend us to others, because we’re good at what we do and achieve positive outcomes. Just as importantly, they recognize that we’re dedicated, compassionate people who truly care about their success. We understand their challenges through working alongside them, but also through supporting our family members and friends with attention challenges – and in some cases, through our own personal ADHD journeys.
We’re in this together.
Our co-founders combined their expertise in health care and education, then brought together psychological assessment, coaching and therapy, and medical guidance under one roof. They saw that understanding and addressing all the dimensions of ADHD had to be a holistic and continuous process. That spirit still defines Springboard today. If you like working creatively across disciplines, free of limiting silos, this is the place for you.
We adapt to meet our clients’ needs. And our own.
As we keep pace with growing demand for ADHD support, we find ways to achieve our service targets while also keeping things flexible, so everyone can maintain a healthy work-life balance. Building on how we all adapted during the pandemic, we’ve embraced a hybrid workplace model, designating some days when it makes sense to be on-site at Springboard and others where we may opt to work remotely. Getting the mix right comes down to one simple question: Are our clients being well served?
Everyone’s welcome here. And every voice is heard.
We’re committed to ensuring that Springboard is an inclusive and barrier-free work environment — starting with our recruitment and hiring practices and carrying through every aspect of working here. Being a diverse and equitable organization, with a workforce reflective of the communities we serve, benefits our clients as well as our own team. We’ve all lived different lives, but we share a foundation of empathy, understanding and respect.
As a Springboard team member, your wellbeing is our top priority.
We provide health, dental and other personal insurance benefits. Springboard Clinic has a dedicated Wellness Lead to answer our questions and guide our health and wellness strategy.
We also want to see you grow.
We also offer skills training, along with funding for education and professional development, to help you advance in your career. And we have a mentorship program, so you can benefit from the insights and advice of more experienced colleagues.
It may be a cliché to say Springboard is like a family, but… well, it is.
Everyone on the team celebrates your successes during our special staff appreciation days, and on every other day as well. We support you during important changes and life events. And we do whatever we can to make you feel valued, inspired and able to deliver your best. All we ask is that you do the same in return.
