Bell's Let's Talk Day is January 31st

“It isn’t too late. Time is not running out. Your life is here and now. And the moment has arrived of which you’re finally ready to change,”  Cheryl Strayed.*

This month, the Bell Let’s Talk Campaign encourages us to look inwards and speak up. Their slogan “mental health affects us all” calls us to share our stories not only for ourselves and those we love, but also for our communities. By doing so, we can create a momentum of change in reducing stigma, and we can open a space for new dialogue and connections.

At Springboard, we believe that by reaching out and seeking mental health support, you can find hope and help. It is our honour to walk alongside our clients while they seek support. While they ask themselves tough questions, with the ultimate goal of finding the path to their best selves. We have the opportunity to witness dramatic and subtle changes. We are energized by their commitment to envisioning their future selves: where they can be, who they want to be, and how they want to feel. They are brave. They are strong. They are resilient.

Bell Let’s Talk Day is January 31st. Share your story. Be part of this movement of hope and change.

“It’s impossible for you to go on as you were before, so you must go on as you never have,” Cheryl Strayed.*

*Both above quotes are from an incredible book called Brave Enough by Cheryl Strayed. Looking for motivation, words to help you get out of a rut, or a story to connect with when you are hurting beyond words? Cheryl’s way with words will transform the way you see the world.
