Say Thank you instead of Sorry

Say thank you FacebookJessica McCabe of How to ADHD shared this strategy a couple of weeks ago at CADDAC. She talked about how people with ADHD and other mental health diagnoses, can get in situations where they say sorry a lot. Saying sorry over and over again can leave you and those around you feeling unsatisfied and discouraged.
