Part of the Springboard team since 2011, Joanna (she/her) has a comprehensive understanding of what is required to achieve operational excellence every day. Focused on ensuring a fulfilling experience for both clients and staff, she develops and manages all aspects of human resource and culture-building at the clinic, including team communications, relationship management, and our hiring and onboarding processes.
