Dr. Baer (he/him) conducts assessments and provides intervention services to adults, helping them address challenges related to mental health such as ADHD, anxiety and depression. He has worked primarily in psychosis and clinical high-risk state for psychosis throughout his career – previously in the Complex Care and Recovery Program for psychosis at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) and as a postdoctoral fellow at the Prevention and Early Intervention for Psychosis Program (PEPP) at McGill University. Dr. Baer is also Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Psychiatry & Behavioural Neurosciences at McMaster University where he is involved in clinical research in psychosis. He is passionate about developing interventions that help people realize their strengths.
