Why the course?

Because we get it. May We Have Your Attention Please? is a jam-packed book, and it’s a lot to manage all on your own.

“You pick it up, and then you put it back down. You start working through an activity, but it feels like too much to get through…”

We’re here to help! And that’s why we have designed this online, open to anyone, anywhere program. It is our honour to walk alongside individuals from all walks of life (and from across the globe!), as you make sense of your journey with focusing challenges. We hope you will join us!

How will it work?

Over the course of 8 months, and at your own pace, Coach Laura will guide you through the steps outlined in our workbook. Each month focuses on a theme from a chapter of the workbook, helping you stay on track with your unique journey. You will receive:

  • accountability emails,
  • reminders and tips,
  • exclusive video content,
  • access to live webinar sessions with Coach Laura.

Your stories, questions, and examples will inform the content we talk about over chat. This offers you a space to share your journey with others while still remaining as anonymous as you would like.

Course Testimonials

“I started working through "May We Have Your Attention Please" when the book first launched, and it helped me understand more about my diagnosis and how ADHD impacts my life. The online course has provided extra context for the exercises and examples that felt challenging to engage with. My favourite part has been the camaraderie in the forums and video chats. It is empowering to trade similar stories on how ADHD has affected our lives and enlightening to see first-hand the diversity in how it surfaces. As a group, we have lifted each other up, laughed at shared experiences, and collaborated to problem-solve blockers. I think it's an excellent resource for someone who is feeling daunted by their diagnosis or symptoms. Thank you so much, for Springboard, for your book, and for this course. It has been difficult to find and access appropriate resources, and these have all made a positive impact on my life!

“Thank you both for the support and encouragement throughout the months. The topics we covered did a great job of acknowledging the emotional and mental baggage that comes with any emotional health issue. Through this book I learned about myself and found parts of me that I never gave a voice to before, ultimately helping me reconcile my past struggles. I understand my misgivings and have outgrown some over the months. There is still a lot of work ahead, I know this. With this experience, journal entries, strategies, etc... I feel much better equipped for my journey and my ability to get back to safety if I lose it”.
