May We Have Your Attention Please? COHORT #2 STARTS THIS SEPTEMBER!

Why the course?

Because we get it. The book seems awesome, but it also feels like a lot. You pick it up, and then you put it back down. You start working through an activity, but it just feels like too much to get through, especially alone. You feel like saying: “this is a big book to get through with ADHD!!!”

We’re here to help. And that’s why we have designed this online, open to anyone, anywhere program. We love connecting with individuals from all walks of life in their journeys with attention issues.

How will it work?

Well for starters, this program allows you time to reflect, space to wander off and then return, so you can connect your journey with your everyday life. Over 8 months and from the comfort of your own home, author and facilitator Laura MacNiven, (and your cohort-mates) will guide you through the steps outlined in Springboard’s workbook.

Each month focuses on a theme from a chapter helping you stay on track with your unique journey with attention issues. You will receive accountability emails, reminders and tips, exclusive video content, as well as access to live webinar sessions. Your stories, questions and examples will inform the content we talk about over chat. This offers you a space to share your journey with others while still remaining as anonymous as you would like.

Course Testimonials

“I started working through "May We Have Your Attention Please" when the book first launched, and it helped me understand more about my diagnosis and how ADHD impacts my life. The online course has provided extra context for the exercises and examples that felt challenging to engage with. My favourite part has been the camaraderie in the forums and video chats. It is empowering to trade similar stories on how ADHD has affected our lives and enlightening to see first-hand the diversity in how it surfaces. As a group, we have lifted each other up, laughed at shared experiences, and collaborated to problem-solve blockers. I think it's an excellent resource for someone who is feeling daunted by their diagnosis or symptoms. Thank you so much, for Springboard, for your book, and for this course. It has been difficult to find and access appropriate resources, and these have all made a positive impact on my life!

“Thank you both for the support and encouragement throughout the months. The topics we covered did a great job of acknowledging the emotional and mental baggage that comes with any emotional health issue. Through this book I learned about myself and found parts of me that I never gave a voice to before, ultimately helping me reconcile my past struggles. I understand my misgivings and have outgrown some over the months. There is still a lot of work ahead, I know this. With this experience, journal entries, strategies, etc... I feel much better equipped for my journey and my ability to get back to safety if I lose it”.
