Weekly course for adults with ADHD: October- November 2019 with Springboard's Laura MacNiven

What should I expect? This course is designed to support readers through the Finding yourSELF journey outlined in our new adult workbook. Each week, Laura will guide you, chapter by chapter, to help you stay on track and get the most out of the process. This program will offer you an opportunity to be part of a community from the comfort of your own home.

Please note: This program is open to individuals outside of the Springboard community, and sessions will be recorded if you are in a different time zone or are unable to join every week at the designated time.

  • Tuesday November 19: Keeping up with momentum and living with ADHD: Closing thoughts
