Online Course

May We Have Your Attention Please? Online course starts this January!

Why a course?

Because we get it. The book seems awesome, but it also feels like a lot. You pick it up, and then you put it back down. You start working through an activity, but it just feels like too much to get through, alone. You feel like saying: “this is a big book to get through with ADHD!!!”

We’re here to help. And that’s why we have designed this online, open to anyone, anywhere program. We look forward to connecting with individuals from all walks of life in their journeys with attention issues.

How will it work?

Well for starters, we have built a program that allows you time to reflect and connect as you live your everyday life. Over 8 months and from the comfort of your own home, Laura MacNiven will guide you through the steps outlined in our new workbook.

Each month will focus on a theme from a chapter helping you stay on track with your unique journey with attention issues. You will receive accountability emails, reminders and tips, exclusive video content, as well as access to live sessions. Before live sessions, we will send out surveys to learn about your highs and lows. Your stories, questions and examples will inform the content we talk about. This way you can feel connected, but still have the opportunity to remain anonymous.

For group registrants wanting to engage directly with other participants, we will be setting up a private Facebook page. We will not be responsible for managing this page directly, but ask all users to follow our social media rules of engagement. We have a no tolerance policy for inappropriate, unkind or judgemental dialogue. Should you notice any commentary of that nature, please bring it to our attention so we can take action. Collectively, let’s be a force of hope and build a space of positivity!

When does it start?

Our first cohort will run January 2020 through to August 2020. We will be sending out a specific schedule for registrants by mid- November. Of note, all live events will be recorded so you can listen at a convenient time no matter where you live.

Course fee: $495 per registrant (This fee does not include the purchase of the course manual).

Early bird fee: $399 (Must sign up and pay in full by December 1st)

Monthly payments: $62 a month (For those who wish to pay monthly, fees will come out on the 1st of the month)
