Jessica Herschman

Jessica Herschman, M.A., M.S.W., R.S.W., is an ADHD Coach/Social Worker at Springboard Clinic.

Jessie completed her Master of Arts in English Literature, and later, her Master of Social Work at the University of Toronto. She received the Hilary M. Weston Medal, awarded to the student achieving the highest academic standing of the Master of Social Work Program in her graduating year. Having worked in multiple hospital and community-based mental health settings, Jessie has a breadth of clinical experience in supporting children, adults, couples, parents, and families. Utilizing a range of therapeutic interventions, including aspects of cognitive behaviour therapy, emotionally focused therapy, mindfulness, and strengths-based approaches, Jessie seeks to provide a calm and positive space where individuals can both learn about themselves and strengthen their relationships with one another.
