Marissa Williams, M.Sc. (Neuroscience) is an ADHD Coach/Therapist and Psychometrist at Springboard Clinic.

Marissa primarily provides behavioural coaching/therapy to students and adults who are experiencing ADHD, learning issues, and mood and anxiety symptomatology. She also conducts adult ADHD assessments. Before coming to Springboard, Marissa worked in a hospital setting with inpatient and outpatient adults/youth with mood, anxiety, OCD and related disorders. In particular, she has experience working with adolescents and adults who are experiencing significant suicidal ideation, some of whom have recently attempted suicide. Her therapeutic approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and draws on elements of supportive therapy, cognitive-behavioural therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy. Marissa has been trained in suicide risk assessment, behavioural coaching, and CBT for depression and anxiety as well as CBT for OCD. Marissa has more than six years of research experience and has published research on postpartum depression, novel treatments for depression, and suicide. Her clinical research interests include postnatal mental health and suicide risk in OCD. In her spare time, Marissa enjoys traveling, attending hockey games, and trying new local restaurants.
