Springboard Clinic is a mental health clinic in downtown Toronto, providing coordinated medical and psychological assessment and treatment services for individuals of all ages. Though we frequently work with a range of presenting diagnoses, our clinic specializes in ADHD, so this is an ideal position for a clinician looking to expand their clinical experience in this domain. Psychometrist Position at Springboard Clinic

Job Type: Part-time with possibility of transitioning to full-time
Location: 1055 Yonge Street, Suite 306, Toronto ON, and/or online/remote (from home)
Start date: Week of January 11, 2021, mandatory training hours in December

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide psychoeducational assessment services to children, adolescents and adults.
  • Work under the supervision of a psychologist, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and community agencies/professionals.

Skills & Knowledge

  • Graduate degree in psychology.
  • Experience conducting psychological and psychoeducational assessments, administering, scoring and interpreting standardized tests, interviewing children and adults, and writing reports.
  • Strong interpersonal and writing skills.
  • Strong experience working with WAIS, WISC, WIAT, WMS, WJ
  • Conscientious and detail-oriented.
  • Experience working (1) with clients of all ages, and (2) with multidisciplinary health teams, are assets.

Note: An ideal candidate for this role holds a graduate degree in psychology, has 2+ years of previous experience providing psychoeducational assessment services in a fast paced clinical setting, and is keen to gain experience working in the area of ADHD while being supervised by our psychology team. This position may require availability on weekends.
