We are committed to building community awareness about mental health diagnoses and treatment, child development, advances in brain research, and to fostering wellbeing through behaviour change. Our professional development programs work to educate individuals and organizations about brain development, mental health stigma, and most importantly, how to best support individuals with learning differences. We believe that through mental health awareness and acceptance, we can all experience measurable social impact.

Our training programs are built with a platform of Health Literacy: the ability to access, comprehend, evaluate and communicate information in order to build capacity for change. Each program is customized and passionately built to allow individuals to feel empowered to take new evidence-based strategies and apply it to their relevant setting. Whether visiting your work place for a Lunch and Learn, developing a PD day workshop in an educational setting, creating a program for your daycare agency, or working with a specific group in a community agency, we will create a training experience that works for you.
