LEARNING, COLLABORATION, AND SUPPORT IN A GROUP SETTING

Our group coaching workshops focus on a combination of psycho-educational learning, group collaboration, and on helping children, parents and individuals to support each other in their journey with ADHD. These multi-week sessions offer a comfortable and caring environment that focuses on collaboration to develop tactics to move forward, to brainstorm innovative new solutions, and most importantly, to find new perspectives for facing the day-to-day challenges we all encounter. Through group work we can energize each other as we work to build sustainable, successful skills.

Parent Group

Parents gain a deeper understand of their child’s diagnosis and learn strategies for improving communication and reducing stress in the home, while evaluating their parenting philosophy within a community of parents.

Adult Group

Participants support and learn from one another as they work to understand the role of ADHD in their life and to develop tactics to optimize strengths and manage difficulties. Our Coaches facilitate the achievement of these small steps, while always connecting the process to long-term goals.

Alumni Group

Connect, share and explore strategies and goals in a group setting. These group workshops offer a great way to brush up on your ADHD awareness and stay on track.
