Got ADHD? Get moving!

We've talked before about the benefits of exercise in helping manage symptoms of ADHD (here and here). And, based on our our experience, we've seen how adding regular movement-oriented activities can improve mood and focus.

As for making changes, try to find an activity that doesn't feel like work and gets your muscles moving. You don't have to do a lot to feel the difference! Choose anything from walking, to running, to dance, to yoga, to competitive sports, and see what works for you!
