Parenting with ADHD in Your Home: Online Course goes live October 28, 2019!

There is no easy or "perfect" way to parent. Add ADHD into the picture and the "ups and downs" of your life may have you feeling frustrated, exhausted and even burned out.

This course offers participants an opportunity to "step off the daily treadmill" and find space to reflect about and recalibrate in your parenting journey. By doing the pre-work, you can become more steady and mindful in your everyday decision-making.

Parenting with ADHD can be exhausting, frustrating, and confusing. If ADHD is in your home, it impacts the way you live, love, and find general satisfaction on a daily basis. In this course, facilitator Laura MacNiven takes parents through a customized journey. From the comfort of your home and at your own pace, she will guide you through a process of self-reflection and recalibration.

How does it work?

This online course includes videos and exercises creating an informed space that you can adapt your way. There is no “perfect” way to parent or live with ADHD, but certainly taking time to explore your life through the “ADHD lens” can help you make sustainable changes in your everyday experience.
